"5 Stars for the Spa and Elisabetta who is always always the best and never disappoints. However we had a very bumpy check in unfortunately this time. No special treatment for Expedia Platinum Members. Loud music in room but thankfully was dealt with after being shown two different rooms that were not up to standard (one with a very dirty wall and the other with a horrible dirty view.) Will be returning in the Fall and hope that we have a better stay then. We have always had great experiences and...

"Great place to stay—much better than I expected. The staff was incredibly attentive and always willing to help. Although the breakfast was the same every morning, it was consistently fresh and delicious, so I really enjoyed it. I would definitely stay at Hotel Conterie again next year when I bring my family. "Hotel was in a nice location and the staff tried hard to please. Unfortunately the room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around each other. The bed creaked and the fan rattled. No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings once the tourists leave."
